The apartment is situated in a quiet area near the city center of Munich. It has a size of 71 m², almost the entire ground floor and is equipped with central heating. The apartment is on the fifth floor and there is an elevator. The apartment has three bedrooms, but only two are available to you:
Room 1
It is approximately 17 m². Equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a bedside table, armchair, coffee table and TV. In case a third person would come, can be putted an extra mattress in the room.
Room 2
It is approximately 14 m². Equipped with a double bed (140 cm), two night tables, dresser and a television.
Specifications
- The kitchen can be used only for breakfast 7:00 to 11:00 clock
- Standard B & B breakfast: toast, butter, jam, sausage, cheese, coffee, tea.
- Breakfast is self service.
- The bathroom will be shrared.
- All guest will have sheets, blankets and towels.
- Internet (W-LAN).
- Pets are NOT allowed
